Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 chile peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
